Neal identifies and manages process improvements aimed at improving efficiencies, develops project justifications and determines the need for capital projects.  He possesses a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and manufacturing processes.

Neal parlays more than 30 years of experience as a Journeyman Machinist into ever-improving our workplace and our customers as well. He’ll visit your facility to apply what he’s learned here to help you find more efficient ways of manufacturing.

Neal earned his Machinist Degree from Richmond Community College. He is also a 10-year EMT with the Scotland County Rescue Squad.
