• John joined Service Thread as a Maintenance Supervisor in 2025. He is a former Army NCO with 15+ years of experience in tactical vehicle maintenance and training.

He has led teams in the field, built training programs, written technical manuals, and has experience with a range of systems from Bradley’s to industrial systems. His goals are to keep operations running smoothly, solve problems quickly, and help teams stay sharp and mission-ready.
