Steve has a BS degree in Management from Connecticut’s Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Andrews University. 

Steve joined the Service Thread team in 2011. After an intensive training program in Service Thread operations, sales and customer service, Steve now leads the Service Thread sales and marketing teams. Steve ensures that our sales and customer service representatives exceed your expectations.
