Joe joined our team in early 2023 after spending almost twenty years in the automotive industry. It is his goal to apply the techniques he learned while working in the automotive sector to his role at Service Thread with the goal of taking the existing quality management system to the next level.  

Joe leads the Quality Control department that is responsible for testing and approving all incoming, in process and finished product. In addition to that the Quality Control team manages internal and external non-conformances as well as compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standard.

“It is my goal to utilize the tools and experience that I have developed throughout my career to mitigate manufacturing risks and continuously improve our performance to our customers”.  

Joe holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Richmond Community College.
