Steve has a BS degree in Management from Connecticut’s Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Andrews University.
After a three year intensive training program in Service Thread operations and customer service, Steve now leads the sales team. He recently lead our successful Salesforce implementation project and automated customer order and invoice notification project. Steve ensures that our customer service representatives process your order correctly, from the moment you place it to the time it leaves the building.
