[Veyance Technologies](http://www.goodyearep.com/) manufactures engineered rubber products for industrial, automotive and military markets worldwide.

## The Challenge

Veyance needed a cost-effective marker yarn with adequate processing strength and low dry-heat shrinkage that they could use in all their hoses without altering the appearance or geometry.

## How We Solved It

We introduced a dyed staple-spun polyester, saving Veyance money by eliminating the need to chemically dye a multifilament polyester yarn.
